Danielle Harris has over 15 years of experience in the human services field and the business sector, including a decade in management. Her unwavering dedication to serving others and her ability to effectively manage teams have been instrumental in her professional achievements. In 2022, Danielle decided to combine her business experience with her love for agriculture, thus creating HydroTerra. She credits her passion for conservation to her upbringing in a farming family, which instilled a strong work ethic and a deep-rooted desire for land preservation and restoration. Through her exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment, Danielle continues to make a lasting impact in the fields of business and land management practices.
Paul Harris
Chief Operating Officer
Paul Harris is a seasoned professional with a strong background in conservation and wetland restoration. With over 20 years of experience, he has honed his expertise through his work in both the federal government and private sector. Coming from an agricultural background, he is deeply rooted in the land and is the proud owner and operator of Coastal Plains Cattle Company. Paul's commitment to being a responsible steward of the land is unwavering, and he has dedicated his career to preserving and restoring natural habitats.
